1. My Fantasy Space is a trading name of Merchant Makers Ltd. Payments will be made to and from Merchant Makers Ltd.
2. The model refers to the person appearing in the photographic galleries.
3. The photographic gallery refers to a set of images taken by the photographer and put together on a page for viewing.
4. The subscriber refers to the person who is paying to view the photographs in the photographic gallery.
5. Once a person subscribes to the service they have access to restricted content.
6. As we offer a free preview there is a no refund policy.
7. The subscriber can cancel the subscription at anytime and no further payments will be taken.
   The subscription will remain valid until the end of the current subscription period.
8. The models are free to choose what level they want to shoot to, as such the content we provide is limited to what the models have agreed to.
   All content is subject to the laws of England.
9. All models are over 18 years old.
10. The subscriber confirms they are over 18 years old
11. The subscriber consents to viewing material of an adult nature including nudity.
12. In the advent of a model leaving or being withdrawn , the subscriber will be contacted and sponsorship will revert to My Fantasy Space
13. This site is governed by the laws of England.
