My Fantasy Space Terms and Conditions

1. My Fantasy Space is a personal photography website presenting portrait, fantasy and fine art photographic galleries.
2. The model means the person appearing in a photographic gallery.
3. The photographic gallery means a set of images created by the photographer and displayed on this website.
4. Restricted content means galleries that are not publicly available and may include fine art nude or suggestive photography.
5. Age requirement. Restricted galleries are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. By requesting or using access to restricted galleries, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing the material is lawful where you are located.
6. Content warning. Some restricted galleries may contain artistic nudity, implied nudity, lingerie, glamour or suggestive imagery. They do not represent an invitation to copy, redistribute or misuse the images.
7. Copyright. Copyright. All photographs, artwork, text and other content on this website remain the property of their respective copyright holders. No content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, transmitted, modified, adapted, sold, licensed, incorporated into datasets, used for artificial intelligence or machine learning training, data mining, automated analysis, or any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use.No content from this website may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate or develop artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, computer vision systems or similar technologies. Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting or collection of images or other content is prohibited without prior written consent.
9. Model consent and removal. Models may request removal of their images or personal profile information. If content is removed, access to that content may end without replacement.
10. Private login details. Approved login details are personal to the approved user and must not be shared. Shared, abused or suspicious access may be disabled.
11. No refunds clause needed. As the public subscription model is not currently active, old subscription cancellation and refund wording no longer applies unless a separate written arrangement has been made.
12. Accuracy. My Fantasy Space aims to keep information accurate but does not guarantee that all profiles, galleries or availability details are always current.
13. Availability and Removal of Content.My Fantasy Space is a personal website and its content may be changed, restricted or removed at any time without prior notice. The photographer reserves the right to edit, replace or permanently remove any photographic gallery, image, model profile or other content, and to suspend or permanently close the website or any part of it at their sole discretion. Access previously granted to any gallery or section of the website does not guarantee its continued availability, and no compensation, replacement or refund shall be due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Access and Termination.Access to any part of this website is granted at the discretion of My Fantasy Space and may be refused, suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, where these terms are breached or for any other reason considered appropriate by the website owner.
15. Governing law. This site is governed by the laws of England.
